Hello, my name is Matthew Motley. I’m a 7x certified Salesforce professional capable of transforming Salesforce implementations.

My primary career focus since 2012 has been CRM implementation and management. I’ve developed well rounded business understanding serving telematics, software, agriculture, education technology, therapy and industrial industries, with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments ranging from 40 to 1,000+ users.

Since May 2023, I’ve been consulting independently, helping businesses optimize their Salesforce platforms. Leveraging my extensive experience, I aim to provide clear and efficient guidance for CRM improvements.
